What ATS-friendly means here.
There is no universal ATS score used by every employer.
Different applicant tracking systems parse, filter and present resumes differently. Employers can also configure their own requirements. Spark therefore does not claim to reproduce every employer’s ATS.
Instead, ATS-aware review means checking the resume for issues that commonly affect readability, structure, keywords and the clarity of skills evidence, while also giving you a RisePoint quality assessment you can use to improve the document.
Review first. Improve second.
After the review, Spark can provide targeted improvement suggestions. Where the analysis proposes new wording or additions, those changes should be treated as suggestions for you to validate.
Spark should never be used to invent experience you do not have. The goal is to communicate real experience more clearly.
