No. Current recruitment plans are primarily differentiated by team seats and paid analysis capabilities, not by the number of jobs or candidates.
Can a small business downgrade when hiring slows down?
Yes. Standard Spark Enterprise plans are monthly. Candidate records and recruitment history remain available when a team moves back to Free, while paid screening capabilities are removed.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a team member with their own Spark Enterprise access, such as an administrator, recruiter or hiring manager. Candidates do not count as seats.
